How This Work Began

My Story And I Am Sticking To It.

On March 16th, 1993, at 2:20 am, I did the unthinkable. I sleepwalked out of a third-storey window. I spent seventeen days in the hospital, and as a result of my injuries I suffered a broken back and two fractured heels. That was the beginning of my journey.

Once back on my feet, out of sheer necessity, I developed a postural and movement-based system that reverses occupational strain for the shoulders, neck, and back. With rigorous study from my mentor over a six-year period, I implemented six unique, innovative, and dynamic techniques that reverse occupational strain in the thumbs and wrists.

Hundreds of Massage Therapists worldwide have reclaimed the joy of clinical practice by being able to work pain-free.
